The Chief Executive Officer is Thomas Kithinji, the former Managing Director of Bain Hogg Insurance Brokers Limited. Thomas has 37 years of continuous career in insurance broking in Kenya. He has handled insurance programs for almost all the major organizations in Kenya during this time.

Thomas is a graduate of law from the University of East Africa, Dar-es-Salaam College in 1970 and a fully qualified and experienced insurance broker. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, United Kingdom.

The Marketing Director is John Gitonga Ariithi. John had worked with leading private companies before joining Skylark Africa Insurance Brokers.

John is a holder of a marketing diploma from UK. He has a wealth of experience in Marketing and Customer Service. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Customer Service. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of United Kingdom.

All our senior people have University education and/or professional qualifications in Business and Administration. They all have had considerable exposure in handling large clients' insurance programs and servicing their claims.
